 HOURS OF OPERATION: Tuesday - Friday 10:00 am - 4:30 pm, Saturday 10am - 1:00 pm

     St. Nicholas Clinic has started its own thrift shoppe for the community.  We realize the economy has affected families and charitable donations.  We hope the thrift shoppe will help the community as well as bringing financial help to our clinic.  Please visit us at 1905 Kentucky Ave. in Paducah.  You never know what you may find.

We are looking for donations.  If you or someone you know has unwanted items that are in great selling condition please consider dropping them by St. Nicholas Once More and Again Thrift Shoppe.  Not only will you be helping your community but you will be providing funding to the clinic to provide quality healthcare to working low income families. We accept men's, women's, and children's clothing, shoe's, handbags, jewelry, and furniture.  Please bring household items such as dishes, pot's and pan's, bakeware, de'cor pillows, utensils, lamp's, electronics, games, toys, baby furniture, CD's, books......Well, you get the idea. 

Remeber that all donations are tax deductible and 100% of all sales go directly to the clinic to provide low income working families quality health care with dignity and respect.

 We Have an URGENT Need For Volunteers; Sorters, Cashiers, etc. 

Raffel being held until July 30Th.  Best Buy has donated a 32" LCD HDTV Flat Screen to be raffled off.  We are holding the raffle to meet the Tommy Blair Challenge of $1,200.  Please buy your tickets by dropping by the clinic.  Tickets are $5.00 a piece or five tickets for for $20.00.
