Volunteers Help Save Lives

Your time and talent mean so much to those who are sick. There are a wide variety of jobs for those who want to give their time and talents.

1. Clerical and Office Support and Data Entry: This job consists of general office duties, passing out prescriptions medications and checking patients in and out of their office visits with physicians.

2. Screening: These volunteers have an opportunity to have a face-to-face visit with the patient to check for eligibility, record demographic information and possibly help refer patients to other social services in the area.

3. Information booths and public speaking: These volunteers help represent St. Nicholas at functions where information and public speaking are required.

4. Fundraising: St. Nicholas has a Community Relations committee which is also looking for fresh ideas and action plans to benefit the clinic.

5. Pharmacists and Pharmacy Techs: These professionals work in our in-house pharmacy Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Wednesday's to help fill prescriptions.

6. Nurses: These caregivers aid the clinic and doctors during patient visits and chart reviews.

7. Doctors, ARNP's and PA's: Desperately needed professionals to see our patients on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Wednesday during regular clinic hours.

8.  Thrift Shoppe:  Please volunteer to help with our thrift shoppe at 1905 Kentucky Ave.
